Easy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Regain your culinary confidence with this quick and easy chicken noodle soup. Cut 1 lb. chicken into small cubes and cook for 10 mins or until cooked through. Add 2 cups chicken broth, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, a pinch of salt, a cup of fresh veggies - preferably oriental style, some uncooked spaghetti and let it simmer for 15 mins until veggies and noodles are cooked! Add in chopped scallions for extra flavor.
